1. Eligibility for Return
You may return an item within 7 calendar days of receiving it if:

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Process

EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders: Refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash after confirmation.

Refunds are made to the original payer only.
5. Return Shipping

If the product was damaged, TrailMate Gear will cover the return shipping cost.

If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.
6. Exchanges

7. Inspection and Approval
All returned items undergo inspection upon arrival. Refunds or replacements are only approved once the item passes inspection.
